Shipping Policy
At Vortek Store, we currently ship exclusively to the United States. Orders are processed within 8 business days before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping is completely free on all orders, no minimum purchase required.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact our support team at vortekstore2@gmail.com with your order number and a description (and photo, if possible) of the issue. If the return is approved, refunds are processed automatically once the order is canceled or reversed, typically within 5-7 business days, back to your original payment method. Please note we are only able to accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
