Refund Policy

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — or if it never arrives — you're covered. We'll send you a full refund or a free replacement within 30 days of delivery. In most cases, you won't even need to send anything back: just email us a couple of photos of the issue and we'll take it from there.

Please note: since our prices are kept as low as possible, we're currently unable to accept returns for reasons of personal preference (wrong size, changed your mind, etc.). We encourage you to review product photos and descriptions carefully before ordering, and reach out anytime if you have questions before you buy.

How to start a claim: Email us at support@vortek-store.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo if possible. We reply within 1-2 business days.
